I had a problem earlier today in that when I tried to log into my account the system kept acting as though it didn't recognise my UserID
thankfully I managed to get around it by requesting a new password 
Admittedly I haven't logged in for a few weeks - is that something to do with it? Does it automatically deny login after X amount of days/weeks of inactivity, say for security reasons? Not a problem if it does - I just wanted to check
