When I first heard there was going to be a second season to Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler I wasn't so sure. But now that I'm seeing preview images and character designs I'm really starting to look forward to it.

I understand that its due for release in July in Japan. Not sure how long it wil run for. I don't know too much about any of the plot (thats been kept quiet). I do know that it has a Master/servent as the the main characters.

Any thoughts on what the story might be?

Honestly, I'm not particularly excited for this series, but the main character and the three servant boys look cosplay-worthy xP
I don't think any of the original characters will return to be honest.. maybe the undertaker?

I honesty thought I wouldn't be when I realised it was being done with new characters. I did start to see the images and quite liked them. I did look into the info more and I'm growing quite excited about it.

I doubt it will as awesome as the first season. Especially with a new cast.

I would love to see the Undertaker return. I agree with you that he would be the most likely.

Hmm I don't know anything about it to be honest, and this is the first time I've seen the new characters.

Just watched the trailer, the new lead looks so adorable and innocent. They could have come up with something new for the butler to do though, surely, rather than the old knife throw trick? xPP

Hmm~ I think I'm going to have to treat this as a completely different series, it truly is a completely different thing from season 1 =| otherwise I'm just going to sit here and draw comparisons XD

The triplet butlers look utterly adorable.

I'm one of those people who love the manga but are a bit meh about the anime because although I enjoyed the pretty, I didn't love the plot and they butchered Lau's characterisation. And seeing as season 2 has nothing to do with Kuroshitsuji as I know it anyway... well. (In fact I know that when the second season was first announced, some fans left the press announcement thing crying because they're so disappointed. But that's a tad extreme IMO.)

Yes, I was a bit unsure about the season 2 at first. I do love the first season of the anime. I have only just started to read the manga (but do love it already). Even though it has gone through a major change I hope they keep the gothic feel/look of it.

I just watched the first episode, admittedly in Japanese so I had no idea what they were saying, but oh god <3 my doubts are gone 8DD
