Me and haze have been talking food and ive decided to make a japanese style curry.
there is a microwave we are allowed to use so we can get a spoonful of curry and heat it up with rice.... (still a problem though) and serve it. there is also a fridge. so we can keep stuff cold.

they have chairs but no tables so i'll see if there's an event hall near by we can borrow tables from... O.o

nnngh. anyways. hope everyone's costumes are coming on ok. ^^

as for the food. cakes will keep over night, any with cream will need to be kept chilled. or have the cream put in them when we get there. which is ok, there is a fridge we can use!
rice balls can be made in the morning and if they're kept chilled will be fine. Curry will keep and taste better if made the night before. i'm making the curry so no worries there.
uh...... drinks will be bought on saturday along with most cake ingrediants and tables clothes, napkind cutlery plates blah blah blah.

where the hell are we gonna get a TV from? (looks like i'll be bringing that too then)

and now i'm late for work so i gotta go! i'm collecting and handing out flyers in london after work today too.
TokyoToys has said yes to having flyers and will see if they have anything to give us.
Orbital are giving us flyers to have on tables too.

Haze: is there any way you can get your paws on some extension cords? we'll need them.

i'm bringing 2 trays but it's a good idea to bring your own.

instant rice is kinda expensive though. with normal rice you can buy it in bulk. if there was a stove we could have boiled a big pot n it would have kept warm..... i'm gonna mess around with a microwave and rice tommorrow and see what happens.

We'll be having posters leading the way from the station on the day.
banner not as such, more like posters plastered all over. xD

Mocha: don't worry about the shading. it's awesome that you're chibi-fying us as it is! xD have you got enough paper/pencils etc etc? ^_^

Hideki at TokyoToys took our flyers and also gave us some Bleach badges to sell/handout (sell! ^_^V) free of charge.

also we've had to add a new event to the agenda: a kiddies cosplay competition. the guy at Neo on facebook made a mistake but i have a cool prize for that set up. ^_^

Also: i'm gonna make a schedule so we can know when abouts to start the events n stuff.

Haze: did we agree you'd make sandwiches? i know we ruled out the Yakitori.....

i've put onigiri on the list. and each one will have a little nori face and some furikake in the umeboshi dimple! ^_^ i wanna use my new face shaped nori punches. xD

we got tonnes of stuff today including bottles of water which if we sell at 50p each we'll make a big profit on.

i hope you cn come haze. we've had too many people drop out already! T_T

we also boughtloads of diffrent cakes and cookies that are meant for selling on which is cool if she charge like a pound a slice for the carrott cake then we'll make almost 100% profit on it!but yeah. i gotta go make the curry and my cosplay now! >w< see all you lovely people tommorrow! ^_^
