Gundam Wing Zero Custom (Image heavy!)
Ever wanted more than a 1/60 Perfect Grade Gundam model? Here's your chance!

There is no more space in my office to keep the Gundam so I am selling this costume that also makes for an impressive human sized statue if supported with a pole. I will be sad to see it go seeing as it took me just under a year to construct, but for practical reasons it has to go.

Here are some photos (credit to various photographers):

Information:
The Gundam is fully detatchable and can easily fit in a small car. Okay, so it won't fit in a old style Mini, but you know what I mean. Suiting up and down isn't difficult, only one helper is needed to complete the suiting process. I am 1.65m ( 5'4" ) tall and when I wear the costume, from floor level to the tip of the wings, I stand at 2.3m tall. The whole Gundam is costructed from plastazote whilst sturdy cardboard reinforces the torso and wingframe. It's rather light to wear and isn't as heavy as it seems.
In the green centre orb is a sound activated LED circuit which can be slightly temperemental (more than often it chooses not to work) but I have had it working at times. The hatch door access to the circuit is from the inside of the torso. The helmet has an anti-fog ski lens which guarantees clear vision no matter how hot it becomes. In addition, easy breathing is guaranteed because the two black slits on the "nose/mouth" area are holes with black fabric across them.

Refurbishing:
As I have worn this to the London Expo, a couple of areas have shown signs of wear but it's barely noticeable apart from on the feet. I will give everything a new lick of paint so it will be just as good as new. Nothing has broken during the Expo so all's good and dandy - it is just the paint work in the areas that have suffered the most wear.

The list of pieces are as follows:
1x Torso (with permanent wing frame attached)
2x Wings
1x Hip Belt with flaps
2x Upper/Lower arms
2x Jointed Gloves
2x Shoulder Pads
2x Upper Legs
2x Lower Legs
2x Feet (platformed with size 7 boots)
1x Rifle

Cost:
The raw materials amassed to £190. I am asking for £250 for everything which is a decent price taking into consideration that I spent well over 250+ hours working on this project. If there are two or more people interested, this will go to the highest offer. Delivery can be done by car; we can arrange a pickup/dropoff if you wish. I really don't think it would be a viable idea to deliver via FedEx! If you have any questions please feel free to ask away and thank you for your time

I've messaged the guys from Gundam Nation to see if they want in for epic stall prop. I'll let you know if they get back to me

Pheebs, I think you should finish the 2nd gun and charge a bit more :B

but seriously? Selling???

As much as I'd like to, I can't afford to buy your suit, as you know I need the money to rebuild my own, however If no one else buys and you seriously need the space, then I have a dry secure storage area where I keep miruru's old cosplays (plus my own one)

I'm sure there may be others out there who might be willing to safe keep your Wing Zero in the event you don't meet the quota.

Just a thought

If people want the second gun too, I'd be willing to make it for extra too

Thank you for the offer of your storage space, I'm sure it'd be very useful but for the time being it'd be nice to see it go to someone who wants it rather than sit collecting dust XD
