Hot Glue Gun
Just thought I'd bring to the attention of anyone who wants or needs a glue gun that Lidl is selling one (quite a nice set) for £6.99 and also a set of 32 glue sticks for £2.50. This may or may not be good value, I don't know but I picked one up anyway and I thought I'd share the information!

Oooooh that's a bargain!!! Is it a mini glue gun or the big ones? *_*
If it's a big one then I'm having that! Either way I'll still make use of the 32 glue sticks offer!

It looks quite big. It comes in a tool-box size box with handle too! ^_^

Just found it on their website
Feltham Branch

It's the larger sized ones.
Hmm, I might have to see if they got any in store. certainly beats wasting lots of mini sticks on my cosplay :s

Oooh, now that's the kind of glue gun I need!

My mini glue gun is great, but I have been trying to get a more powerful bigger one so this is perfect! Will see if they have any left when I next go to Lidls. Thanks for letting us know :3

These are great and I've recommended them before - same one seen previously behind the expo or ayacon cosplay desk.

Though be warned they're hotmelt rather than the mini ones which're coolmelt, so higher chance of burnination on your hands. Also they can get seriously hot, more worryingly so than most, if left on too long.

Also, I have no idea how, but at Aya it managed to have the nib broken entirely off and one of the charging pins was missing, design fault or utter chimps mashing it, who knows XD

On the plus side, and why I like them so much, they're designed to be heated up, then unplugged and used wherever and they stay hot for a good few minutes easily, so while not battery powered they're still good for cordless use.

..and yes I've stocked up on those boxes o' gluesticks XD They even do coloured ones.

edit:
