Pool Shoot - London, July
Pool Shoot

Have you ever seen photos of cosplayers in the water? Envied the flow of their costume? Well now’s your chance to get in on the action.

I'm arranging to hold a pool shoot for cosplayers some time in July there are very limited spaces available due to the location and costs involved. The shoot will be on a Saturday and will be held in London.
We have room for 8 cosplayers, each cosplayer will get 40 minutes in the water (this includes you getting in and out of the water so you will need to be on time and ready to go), with two photographers, myself as one. There is no frames limit and at the end of the shoot you will be sent a full set of edited photos all for only £24.

There are however, some conditions to be aware of.

· Although there will be a lifeguard present all cosplayers MUST be able to swim. We realise that some costumes may cause some difficulty in movement but if this will prevent you from treading water then we will not be able to shoot you.

· Cosplayers must be 16 or over for legal reasons. We would like to be able to offer this opportunity to younger cosplayers but sadly we can’t. Those of you who wish to book a spot who are 16 or 17 must have a signed consent form from either a parent or legal guardian stating that we are allowed to shoot you.

· The venue does have changing rooms but, though it will only be us there, there are no lockers available and we are not liable for any damage/theft of your personal belongings.

· If you have used dye or paint or anything that you suspect might run in the water please check before booking. If your costume that does contain any elements that will be badly affected by chlorinated water please don’t book.

· We ask for payment in advance, full refunds are available up to two weeks before the date of the shoot (to be announced) after that I’m afraid we cannot refund you even if you don’t turn up.

· If you do book you will be allocated a time, this time is when the photographers will shoot you. If you are not in your costume and ready to enter the pool at your allotted time then it’s your own money you are wasting.

· Please note, the venue is not actually in London, the nearest station is Lingfield where we will arrange for a taxi service to pick up and return the group to and from the station.

Lingfield can be reached directily from London Victoria and London Bridge, the journey time is roughly 40-45 minutes.

Right now we are looking to gage the interest to see if we can make up the numbers. This opportunity is a first come first serve basis, if you have any questions feel free to post or pm me. If there’s enough interest we will book a date and let you know further details.

I have experience working in this area, for an example of my work you can go here

I would be interested if I lived closer. Sadly, Manchester is just too far away.

Good luck with the shoot. I can't wait to see results.
