Me and my friend will be cosplaying as the physical Katen Kyokotsu pair for Alcon 2010 but I will be making the zanpaktou in shikai form and it will me my first zanpaktou I make (total prop noob)
VERY limited tools to make but all and any tips for making the swords would be most appreciated!!
