Avenue Q Tickets for Sale
I'm not sure if this is really relevent (just let me know if it isn't) but I've seen quite a lot of anime videos with Avenue Q songs - and the fandoms seem to be rather entwined so...

I have two tickets to Avenue Q on Saturday 20th March at the Gielgud Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue (London).
These are for the last day before Avenue Q finishes! They are completely sold out and have been for quite some time.
They are Grand Circle, Row B, seats 11 and 12.
I would like to sell them for around £140 each, but am very open to offers! So please let me know your price!

I would love to buy these if I had the money but I'm seeing Wicked on Saturday 27th March. (The current casts last Matinee!)

But £140 sounds like alot of money for 2 tickets! D:
I know it's before they leave, and they're sold out, but still. £140 is alot of money!

Okay don't mean to be harsh but a few things. Avenue Q isn't finishing, it's moving theatres. From Gielgud to Wyndham.

In fact it moves the day before the tickets your have, yours have to be for the new venue because for one thing the Gielgud doesn't have a grand circle but Wyndham does.

Worse is that tickets for both the old and new venue are still available. You can still buy tickets from their site for the performance you've got, much closer to the stage for around £50.

£140 for a theatre ticket is absolutely insane. I've been to loads and most I've ever paid is about £60.

PerrinAshcroft: the tickets definitely say Gielgud... And the tickets are sold out on ticketmaster - My mum (who bought the tickets for me) was under the impression the show was finishing, I'm sorry if that is wrong.
As for the price, I just went from what they were selling for on Play.com http://www.play.com/Tickets/TicketsEvent/4-/6185422/-/Product.html?ob=Date&od=1&fb=01-03-2010
Checking the website, I'm wondering if a mistake has been made, as my tickets are for the Gielgud theatre at 5pm but the only showing listed there is the Wyndham's theatre at 4:30pm. Anyway I'll close this thread until I can look into it.
Thanks for your help ^_^

No problem, sorry about jumping in, we just always keep an eye out to protect all our members from a bad deal. I'm sure that wasn't actually your intention.
