Hello, I'm in the progress of making Rabbit ears for a cosplay I'm doing soon, They are quite long, and when attached to my heaband, they kinda flop ^^;
I need help/suggestions, of how to attach it to the headband so it's strong and doesn't flop. The ears already have some card inside to prevent some floffing XD;; I tried sewing, and super glue, but they just kinda flopped.

I also tried Wire and Masking tape, the ears are good, but the weight pull the headband off my head =[

help please!!

They look kind of heavy to be able to stand up on their own.
Maybe you could use stiff wire as the inside structure. The kind that you can bend into shape (sort of like coathanger wire), and then wrap it around the headband.

I'm afraid with ears that large you'll need either a much stronger headband (the kind with teeth that grip your hair) or an elastic band round your head. I would think that it's not the weight of the wire that makes them fall over or pull off the headband, it's leverage due to the length. Wire is your best bet for stiffness, you just need to find the combination of wire weight and headband that works.

Thanks for the help guys, I Used wire in the end, by wrapping it around a new headband I brought with teeth, it worked well. Thanks ^_^
