Ok so I am buying a sword from ebay, a claymore to be exact, its pretty much perfect for my cosplay.

Now I need to spray paint it black and sliver, which is fine. WHat I need help with is how to actully make the sheeth for it?

I am at a loss, and mind you I am on limited funds, so none ofthis latex stuff because I have no idea how to use it!

Help?

Also what is the best way to make some chakrams? I need them for oct.

I once made a sheath out of thick fabric. It seemed to do the job well. As long as the sword's not too sharp and the fabric's not too thin.

And for chakrams.. I'm quite stumped, but I'd say strong card. Or wire mesh and modroc if you can get hold of some. I'm not entirly sure on that one though ^^'

Would they be Axel's chakrams from KH II? If so, my friend made some a year or so ago with a very nice method and they turned out awesome. I could PM it to you, it's a fairly simple method, and I should be able to remember everything he did if they are the chakrams you're talking about.

Amata - Yes they are for Axel, even though they are now not for Oct, I still need them for a meet this year.
