If I'm thinking of the right thing modelling board is solid plastic sheets (like MDF strength foamboard)? It would depend on the shape and design of the armor, but unless it's lots of sheet plates you're probably better off with something flexible or moldable like funky-foam/plastazote/wonderflex/buckram/model magic. The list is never ending! |
