Hello fellow Anime and Japanese Culture fans!

Just been to my first con this weekend, Minami, lot of fun. I did do a cosplay, albeit a bit of a poor attempt at Spike Spiegel. People recognised me though, which is the main thing! Think I may upgrade the costume, add some more poppers so its fits better etc, maybe get a trenchcoat as well.

Sort of looking at Amecon (not sure if I can afford that and a trip to Japan to report on TGS, depending on Job situation this summer), but definately going back to Minami next year.

I'm making it a mission to get as buff as possible so I can go as Major Armstrong and/or King Leonidas next Minami as well. I also have an idea or two that would be just, well, funny. And challenging.

I look forward to picking your brains about making costumes over the coming months =)
