D= i need some help! Midlands Expo coming up will be my frist expo..kinda frist time cosplaying and i have no idea who to cosplay keeps stressing me out so far i got couple anime cons im going too Midlands Expo London Expo Nemacon Alcon >< i'll worry about the others but i need help for midlands D: i have no idea who to cosplay or who i would be good for to cosplay its really confusing LOL XD i must sound like idiot Well i have list i posted on my DeviantART if you want to have look http://ninjagirl12334.deviantart.com/ So far.. i cant pick from humanform Arcanine or Charmander or do Kureha from ShinningWind...or Fanart version of Kitsune naruto i saw in doujin i read XD or wear my fox pajamasuit as naruto >< or...ANYTHING ELES Sooo pretty please! help it would mean AAALLLOTTT

Secondly, since this is your first cosplay and midlands isn't too far off, I'd say pick a costume that won't be too difficult to make. Unless, as said above, you already know how to sew to an alright standard. =D I know I didn't when I started cosplaying! I can't really say who you should be, it's really up to you and which characters you love! it might be helpful to look at what other people are planning to cosplay to these events, and if there are any groups you might want to be part of. That can help you make a decision as to when to do which costume.

Bambi. Joined: 29 Dec 2009 Posts: 420	Hi Doll! Midlands will be my first too so yay! I am going to try and do a volcaloid cosplay for it. You will pick up ideas by just browsing on here usually or speak to friends that could offer you a few ideas. Thats what I did! Hannah is right though, pick something that you wont find difficult to finish by the time the expo comes, because you don't want to rush it either. If you have an idea that may take time, you'll need to commit to it until it is finished but if you do this, make sure you have an alternative cosplay that you can you fall back on if you don't get round to finishing it. If you can find one you like, try look for a ready made cosplay off the net and maybe use that as your first. Do a character that you know something about. If you cosplay someone you really like you will be sorted xxxx

I will be at midlands expo it's a great enviroment I've been twice before both times as Sora from Kingdom Hearts and going as him again this time so it would be great to say hiiii I agree with the others it is best if you go with a cosplay that you can make in the time that you have. Go for a character you feel that you are like.
