This year will be the year of the wigs and posing.

Wigs: Okay, so in 2009, I did wear one wig. But that was through desperation. Now, I'm going to try and avoid cutting corners with my hair and make my cosplays look as acurate as possible. Even if my hair is similar but not 100%, I'm gonna go for wigs. I love wearing them! Also, I'm goona learn more skills when it comes to actually WEARING them... such as removing the wisps at the back of my neck. Also, apart from REALLY HARD ONES, I'm gonna really get to grips with styling my own wigs. And also, adjusting my eyebrows so I look less like I'm wearing a wig.

Posing: I'm not a great cosplayer, I haven't been doing it too long. But I've been pretty ashamed of my posing in the past, especially on general Convention Snapshot photos. I also want to try and arrange shoots better, I always die a little inside when I see the awful quality of my Train Heartnet photos. When it comes to choosing characters, I'm gonna try and choose charatcers that I can have a variety of poses for.

Oooo, This needs to be one of my resolutions as well haha~
I've always hated wearing make up because I'm a bit of a tomboy, but I'd like to learn anyway because whenever I see cosplayers with make-up it really brightens up the costume! I've bought a few but have no idea how to use it loool 8D; *must learn*

Oooooh! Yes please! I need to organise going to some make-up counters in town so I can find make-up suitable for my eczema.

- To return to my normal weight.
- To become more confident/happy with myself (so I stop being too nervous to pose in front of cameras, so I do outfits without worrying about how bad/ugly/fat I look).
- To talk to more people/make more friends in cosplay without worrying how I'm not cool enough to talk as an equal.
- To finally do some makeup tutorials and work on the makeup panel I was asked to do!

Will it be a boost to your confidence if I say that I thought you looked fabulous at the cosplay club night and heard several other people saying the same?

1) Don't spread myself to thinly. Was making 6 costumes this October. Was left to do way too much the night before - as a result neither of my props got finished. Never again. (I've said that before but I MEAN IT THIS TIME!

2) Manage time. This year I WILL set a schedule for my college work and my cosplay work. I'll not be in the situation I'm in at the moment - a month of work due in in 2 days - it's about 10% done.

3) Lose the fat from my legs, stomach, bottom, arms.... jesus, when did I get so fat D: I'm very good at cramming things into clothes so it doesn't notice much. But I feel horrible looking at myself now. So one of the first things I'm doing once my college work's handed in is starting my regular gym attendance. I need to make use of the ridiculously good discount I get!

Can I sign up for those now???? ^_^ Having seen your make-up skills here and on LJ I can wait to see what wisdom you can pass on!

Thank you so much hun! That is so lovely of you to say! But I do not believe it haha - that's my problem! It's my belief in my head D: I was bullied a lot so I still see myself as how I was told I looked at that moment in life. Crazy!

-Stop being paranoid about; photos, talking to people and people in general, cosplay in general.

I'd like to spend more time and money on a few costumes, and make them really good. I always attempt too much and end up rushing them x_x

I guess I just really wanted to shift a few pounds not only just for myself but what with this whole *DC cosplay* situation I wanted to get going on, dropping a couple can only make superman/captain marvel/green lantern look better *and it couldnt hurt alucard either*
