Baby cosplay. (^_^)
Hi, everyone!

I'm writing today to ask a question about cosplaying with your babies/children. When malicemana and I found out we were expecting a baby, we knew we'd end up cosplaying as a family eventually. Well, our little boy was born on Halloween 14 days ago, and today, he wore his very first cosplay. ^_^;

Baby Kristian as Link, from Legend of Zelda. XD

The outfit was made for him by his super-sweet Uncle & Auntie! Isn't it awesome?

I was wondering if there are any other parents here who have cosplayed, or plan to cosplay, with their children?

I hope everybody is having a nice evening! :3

That outfit is adorable (and he is gorgeous)

I bet he won't fit into that costume for long, they grow so fast at that age!

I know when I was little my mum often used to dress me up in various costumes, expecially for Christmas parties.
It wasn't cosplay per say, but I think she blames herself for my cosplay addiction as a result of it!

*dies a little from the cute*

Congratulations! He's such an adorable little boy!

I know when I have a family I'm going to dress them up in costumes. Maybe not full-on ones, but I really want to make some little Pokémon-esque baby gros.

Awww, thank you very much. ^_^ Arggh, tell me about it! Although he's only two weeks old, he was born at 10lbs 6ozs so he's a pretty big guy for his age, and I guess he'll just keep growing and growing! XD

That's really cute; my mom just used to dress me in lots of frilly dresses, but saying that, I'm a pretty avid Gothic Lolita, so I guess there could have been some influence! ^_~

Thank you so much! ^_^ Ahhh, I'm trying to decide between cosplaying Misty, and dressing Kristian as Pikachu, or dressing as Sakura, and dressing Kristian as Kero, for May Expo next year! Great minds think alike! ^_~

Maybe mothers have more effect on our fashion sense than we first thought...

Wow, I thought he looked like a big boy! XD Mostly they put on weight less rapidly if they're born that big, or so I seem to remember.

Congrats on your new baby ^-^
I can see myself getting my children into cosplay when I have them tbh lol
