I think i have most of the costume pinned down, but i have no idea what to make the gloves out of, i was thinking white leather, but that seems to be neigh on impossible to find, any suggestions please?

i think perhaps i have found a solution to white leather though, i will just buy one or two old 70's type white skirts and cut them up.... heh. just worried about how "shiny" it will look. any idea how to make it look less shiny? |

| GunstarVixen Joined: 14 Nov 2007 Posts: 334 | white Lycra or swimming costume material (don't know whats its called exactly) backed with wadding (cheap from any half decent fabric shop and comes in different thicknesses that can be layered up) would be fine, if you do want that leathery look, then go for leatherette which is cheaper than leather (don't use pvc leatherette as its really shiny and will make you hands really hot!) __________________ There is always room for cake |
