I'd absolutely LOVE some lolita clothing, but at the moment budget is pretty tight!
Theres a good range on milanoo and they also cater to custom sizes. http://www.milanoo.com/wholesale-Lolita-Clothing-c634
They do dresses, bloomers, skirts and shoes!!

So far, all I own are shoes, which are black platform shoes with white decoration. the only way i describe them is like maid shoes :S I'll get a picture when i get chance, but theres a chance you'll catch a glimpse of them on my Ichigo Momomiya cosplay theres on photo with the shoes in, http://www.cosplayisland.com/costume/view/6574
