Would you sell the Resident Evil games seperate or have they got to be brought with the Dreamcast only?

Awesome I would be interested in Resident Evil 2 (just realised the bf already has Code Veronica on Dreamcast). Does it include the manual? Sorry to be picky but it's a pressent for a collector.

It has the Manual and Original Case in excellent condition and 2 Discs.
