Yes. Another group suggestion thread. This time, way way in the future.

I've just finished watching Return of the Jedi. I love a bit of Star Wars me, and was considering how it'd be fun to get a big Star Wars group together maybe for and Expo or something.

Expos are, after all, not just for anime or manga cosplay, and there are usually those Stor Troopers and Dark Vader walking around.

I wanted to kind of get an idea to see if anyone else would be interested. You wouldn't have to do a Jedi. You could do any thing, any one... Sith, Dark Jedi, Padawan, Leia, Padmé. Seriously.

I strongly suggest the page above. Each page details the parts of a Jedi's costume. And has hand drawn patterns by another fan for use with base measurements. These can be adjusted as you want; but I think the page is very handy as it goes into extreme detail on each element of the costume.

The group will take place twice.

The first group will be in October Expo 2010 for the SUNDAY.
As some people are fully booked and have complicated costumes to work on before then, the group will be reprising at May Expo 2011 so no one is excluded. This also means more people can join in too! I hope this satisfies everyone. :]

Put me down as General Maximillian Veers. I really want to do that epic battle armour and I already have the boots.

The only place I can find is eBay - blue and green ones seem to go from £80 - £120. Jaina's lightsaber is purple, like Mace Windu's. They're about £200. ):
