Substitute undersuits
Right, for the expo in may im building an hev suit from half life and cosplaying as Gordon Freeman. However, I need an undersuit, which... isnt actually and undersuit, the best I thought of was a black tracksuit. Im larger than your average cosplayer (6"2 and a rugby player build)got any ideas?

You can use a long sleeved t shirt and long johns as a base to make the Whole HL2 suit much like Iplala did for his Kurz Weber cos using these clothes as a base and layers of built up latex and foam

Its relatively cheep light and durable and fairly easy to do..

If you want more info pm me XD

Ah right

Which ever you end up using you may need to take the clothes in a bit for a snug fit..

The easiest way to do this is to wear your base clothing inside out and have someone pin along the seem lines so its snug but does not cut off circulation the sew along the pins...

If you have a good fit the suit will look and move much better ...
