FinalFantasyIX-UK are having a meet at FreshFeilds Beach/Nature Reserve, which is fairly close to Southport.

We performed at London MCM on the saturday in the masquerade if you're interested in the costume qualities or you can visit the group page: www.finalfantasyix-uk.deviantart.com

We currently have two photographers, I was hoping to gather at the very least three.
There will be 12 cosplayers, for a complete list of characters attending check the front page journal of the link above.

Requirements:

Your own camera~
Availability - obviously you must be able to attend the shoot XD
Basic knowledge of the game - while this isn't vital, you can always read up on wikepedia a few plot outlines, I always find [as a photoshoot photographer myself] that knowing about the series can really help when attempting to capture it

The idea is to meet in Liverpool at Lime Street station at 9am
From there we will grab a smaller train to the beach. This will cost no more than 3.90 for a return.
Regarding on your location you can meet us in Liverpool or at the site, either is fine.
We will be packing up for 8.30pm on site and heading back to the station to catch the train back to Liverpool - and walking back to LIME STREET as that's where all trains will be leaving from.
So we should be back in Liverpool around 10. If you can get an open return go with that, if not anything after 10 you should definately make.

Regarding the photos I'm aware a lot of people have their own ways of uploading and distributing them. All I'm asking is that the shots are made available for the cosplayers use, ie a photobucket upload or something. Photographer is always credited, and some may be photo edited/enhanced for certain effects.
Of course you will be able to use all shots for your own purposes aswell.

We are looking more into exploring the woods and dunes, the beach itself will only be used for a very few shots. Basically bring comfy shoes.
There are toilets on site, I will try to arrange some sort of lunch/Dinner option for the group.

If you really need another photographer, I dont have that much experience but I'd definately be interested (since I am trying to improve my photography skills x3 lol) I can easily get to the location, and know it quite well! I also have some knowledge of the game and can read up on more in time for the shoot ^^
