Bandage Wraps On Clothing and Other Stuff
Hi, I'm new to this site and I'm fairly new with cosplaying. I am trying to go as Singed from League of Legends to ColossalCon this year and I can say that I'm partially done with the cosplay: I definitely have ideas to execute.

My shield is almost done and I am making my armbands out of craft foam and sewing leather to them to make them look like armbands. I have high density foam for the shield and I'm almost done crafting it. Then will be my time to paint it and stuff. I think I can make the bottle on the back by taking two water cooler jugs and cutting the bottom off of one and the top of the other, attaching them together, and painting the inside green (that will be before attaching, of course).

I'm a bit lost on the rest of the stuff. I can just buy a utility belt and cloth for the random bits of blowing cloth, but what about the boots, chestplate, shoulder plates, and gauze? I think I can thrift my way into getting boots like that and adding my own things to them, but what about crafting the rest of the armor and getting a gauze suit? I have thought about getting a tight, black t-shirt and a pair of tight black pants and attaching a lot of gauze to the clothing, but I'm sure there's a better way to approach this.

Your help is much appreciated!

Light coloured leggings and some combination of Sharpie and Pound-store bandages might be the most cost-effective way to go

Hmm... What's a "pound-store"? And the leggings thing might be an option.
