As I posted on the London Expo forums, I won't be doing Quina for May Expo either but I promise it'll be broken out for another con. I've spent a lot of time figuring out the construction (so much foooooam). It may not be October either as I've been convinced to do a second Disney villain costume :O

Instead I shall cosplay as a FFIX fangirl and take loads of pictures of the rest of you

No, you shouldn't give up. There's still a number of people working hard on their FFIX cosplays, so carry on for them.

Freya's gonna be worn some other time, so don't have a breakdown lol xD

Awww, too bad we will be missing out on a Freya & Quina. I was sooo looking forward to those cosplays.

Like Freya said, you shouldn't give up because there is still a good number of FFIX cosplayers in May and it's still going to be the biggest FFIX group I ever seen. If you give up then does it mean I wasted my time sewing my Garnet costume because I wasn't originally planning to cosplay as Garnet until I heard about this group.

I'm still going to be going as beatrix, I've worked too hard on her to give up now! It's a shame that we're loosing people, but when you've got no cash or have exams etc there's not much you can do (other than he a quick sob in your emo corner )

We're still going to be a massive group and it will still be awesome!

Another dropout I fear... due to the Soul Calibur competition I'm dropping Beatrix in favour of Tira. You'll have Gunstarvixen's wonderful Beatrix anyway, who needs two? I'll still hope to get pictures of you all!

Fraid I'm another failure and am dropping out - other costume plans got in the way, and are taking priority over re-wearing Dagger.

Since there's several Garnets, I'm not especially essential here anyway! Maybe I'll wear the costume again another time, but it won't be this Expo, sorry!

oh dear seems its not workin out i dont mind thou i really wanted to do dissidia zidane and itll be a cosplay ill use a lot and keep ^^

well its a pity not everyone can do it still but id still love to see a ff 9 group get together later on hopefully we can get the whole party together. wouldn't mind havin a go at one of the other characters, ether amarant or steiner. i was plannin to do a gannodorf for the zelda group but i doubt ill have time. still thats somthin i can have a go at later ^^

this cosplay group will be remade after a few expos. i will do zidane again. its just im going though a really rough time right now and dont have any time to do cosplays. im cutting it close with mummymon and loz.....i will still be there as loz if you dont mind me being him

Seems as though I'll be able to wear Dagger for a bit after all - it doesn't take up much room, so it's not a problem to pack, and I should have time to wear it for a while on Saturday morning. I think.

So if any of the remaining group are about, would be great to get pics with you, so long as the meet-up is still at 11.30!

Updated the front page. Took out the people that were labelled as possible, because I never got a definite answer from them, and I doubt those costumes can be made in the remaining time!

Let me know if I removed anybody wrongly, as well.

Not quite on topic I know but I went to the Expo and I swear I saw a woman dressed as a Mesmer in green from Guildwars. If so, that was fantastic! Anyone else remember seeing her?
