Beatrix Cosplay Help
Hello peeps

I'll hopefully be cosplay Beatrix sometime soon (target is Ayacon). I'm looking for help for several pieces

Beatrix reference 1

Beatrix reference 2

What fabrics do people recommend for the jacket? I was thinking a drill cotton with a wine/Burgundy coloured lining, but IDK if the drill cotton isn't... good enough for her cosplay.

Next is boots and armour. Does anyone know any tutorials for shoe and glove armour in particular? And that bracer... I don't know where to start T-T I've used craft foam before and worbla's finest.

Staying on boots. I have no idea what's really happening with them. I think they're actually ankle with cuts outs going up to my knee cap.

Finally, wiggu - I don't really have the time to make one, so does anyone know where to get one??

Any help is appreciated.

I'm getting a 403 forbidden on the first picture.

For the jacket have you looked at linen? It creases like hell but looks more authentic. The other option is some form of suiting- it's not really a fabric type but if you have a fabric land near you they have a suiting section. This is where fabrics that would make decent trousers live, there's no connection with what they're made of/how they're woven. These tend to be less 'stiff' than poly cotton drill and have a better drape to them.

I used this method for my Beatrix wig. I painted some cardboard tubes and glued the hair around them before rolling it up though. Gave a bit more stability.
