Best way to adhere vinyl to EVA foam?
I've been looking it up and lots of people are saying 3M automotive trim adhesive spray, or contact cement. Either is good but I just wondered if anyone knew of any other ways or can tell me how well 3M spray or contact cement works.

Thanks!

Contact Adhesive all the way...

Basically the best way to do it is paste a layer onto the foam, and a layer onto the covering fabric, wait until both sides are tacky but not dry, then push together... you'll get an amazing bond that will last

Most contact adhesives will do the trick, but any that list vinyl or rubber as a surface will do.

personally i've used HH-66 Vinyl Cement to work with latex sheeting before, and discovered it'll bond anything to anything really... including latex sheet onto lycra and foam lol

anytime... i know how fun eva is to work with, and getting a decent bond between the foam and fabric is a pain at the best of times...

recommend trying some tests with some cutoffs first, until you get the hang of it, that way you know when it comes to the main pieces, you won't end up with air bubbles or odd stretch parts anywhere
