Painting Pleather, or making it lighter?
Hello
Was wonder how I would make pleather lighter, or perhaps paint it?

I would like to make my pleather thigh highs toned differently like how you see in these pictures for my miku hatsune cosplay

I know some people have told me that natural lighting will do that because thier pleather, but I want them to give off the effect all the time. I just like the way it looks.
Would also like to make other pleather pieces lighter/darker in some areas. Any help or suggestions please? Sorry if its hard to understand, Im not the best with explaining things '

There are spraypaint like dyes/paints for vinyl/faux leather on ebay called Magix which I've heard is pretty good. I know Callmemilo has used that or something similar to it for some batman gloves

here's a link just for an example of colours

Pleather will take spray paint pretty well if you take it slowly and work in thin layers. Sometimes if you use it too thickly the paint goes kinda of tacky instead to drying and the pleather sticks to things.
