What's made me happy today is that I've found out that travelling to London Expo in May via coach is pretty damn cheap. I'll cost me under £30 including a travelcard which is a fantastic price - CrystalNeko's coming to expo!

I'm super happy now cause I just found out I'll be able to afford to go to London in may with my friend, now if he only didn't have a girlfriend would be perfect

MY wig for Ilya has arrived at home,

just got to wait till the end of the month for my parents to come up for a visit and deliver it.

My Undertaker wig arrived and it's perfect. Like, 100%. All I had to do was put the plait in and it was ready to go!

Annnnd~, extra bonus: I'm two lines of sewing away from finishing my Sakura bonus.

GLEE.

Another wig-related bit of happy here! The blonde wig that I've bought to chop up and make into wefts for styling arrived today, and although it's a bit paler than I expected, the colour difference between it and the wig the wefts will be stitched into is barely noticeable! It's kanekalon, too, and so lovely I actually feel quite sad about having to chop it up XD

Bought pretty inexpensively from eBay seller yankenshop, if anyone's interested.

Now I just have to start panicking about my impending first foray into the world of wig-styling...

The best thing to do is not to worry and go slowly.

I was realy worried about cutting my wig for Tsuruya (£40 kanekalon from america) but I looked up what I had to do, made sure I fully understood it, took it step by step and ended up really enjoing it.
Everyone has to start somewhere, especialy when you do things youself.

I'm happy because I never actually finished my Kim Possible cosplay, but a couple of days ago I finally went out and bought the material I needed. Yesterday me and my best friend started on the belt, and we got so much more done than we expected to XD

the joys of endlessly browsing wig shops on ebay: instead of having to buy an expensive wig and dye it and style it, I found a much cheaper one that's closer to the character's style~

Just ordered the Watchmen film companion book from Amazon making a nice saving of £8 yay! I spent ages in waterstones reading it. I cant wait 'till mine arrives ^__^

More wig related happiness as I've decided to expand into selling pre-made dyes as long as these next three go well.
Better than that though I'm really looking forward to next weekend. Myself, my mum and my best friend are going to a number of bridal shops on Saturday to scout out what the best style is going to be. On Sunday myself, Jack, his brother and Gemma are going to drive around looking at reception venues as well as the registry office. X3

I'm happy as I had a blast a couple of days ago getting to know Georgi and Ballet_Shoes really well. We have loads in common. Its great to find more local cosplayers.

I have two modeling agencies intersted in signing me after finding me though my acting agent.

Ah, I just bought the Watchmen: Portraits book on my way to Lamb Of God/Dimmu Borgir gig the other day.
It's MASSIVE. I wasn't expecting it xD


Today I finished work at 11, two hours earlier than usual!
Plus I have Tue & Wed off so it's like a weekend for me haha.

Also, Last Wednesday I saw Defenders of the Faith II Tour at Bristol Academy, and met Lamb Of God afterwards. This Friday I'll be going to Judas Priest/Megadeth/Testament in Cardiff \m/

All in all,very happy right now

Looking over my Lady Gunstar shoot by Silver and I absolutely love the photos!!!! we had such great weather which made for awesome back drops!! I was really impressed with the pictures, I actually look good in them! without the need for evil photoshopping (not a fan tbh. Nothing wrong with a little colour/contrast adjusting, or removal of ppl in the back ground etc though!!)

I'm just really pleased with them!! yay for curves and corsets!!!

I just went and bought lots of shiny new material to keep me occupied on cosplays! Nothing like that satisfied feeling. O_~

Winnngs <3 Making wings make me so incredibly happy. Why didn't I start making wings sooner? I admit trimming feathers is painful and tedious BUT the outcome makes me smile. Ah wings, how I can't wait to wear them~

I was worried like hell when I first started though because knowing me, I'd muck up! [Okay in the end I DID muck up, but I don't think it's noticable ^^;]
However I'm STILL worried about how the heck I'm going to attach it to my body, hmmmm.

Uhm... I went to the gym and didn't die?

I hadn't gone for two weeks due to varying reasons, but my sisters were going tonight and my oldest sister gave me a lift.

I'm going to make a conscience effort to try and go three times a week again. I might be able to loose some flab before Minami.

Ooooo? Are they with the feathers you bought from me? (It was you, right? If not i'm going insane and ignore me.) But i'm really interested in seeing them! (ironically I now need to make another pair for aya 8D)

Ah and what's made me happier is that the seller on eBay that has a nice set of boots for my Jeanne cosplay just told me the measurements for the boots. THEY FIT MY CALVES! So I'm desperately trying to get them now, because finding boots that fit my calves are super rare I tell ya!

Wow I love them so far! Looks like you made them the exactly same way as meeee. Lol it is actually quite alot of fun making wings isnt it? I think it's quite relaxing sitting there cutting all those feathers. O_~

Week off work next week and it's my b.day =D Got meals planned with family and ice-skating with friends. Tuesday I should hopefully be in London having a Sailor Jupiter photo shoot with Angel Aiko as Mars then later meeting Sjbonnar for dinner.

Ahhhh, I'm uber happy today! Watched Kamikaze Girls which put a smile across my face because I've been wanting to watch it for ages now! AND I won the bid for some long white boots, YAY! Fingers crossed they fit me, I've measured myself and so they SHOULD fit me unless the seller lies >O *think optimistic*
I've also found out I have quite a bit of money in my bank! I've been careful with money after all, I hope it stays that way. It's probably due to me crazily saving up for Japan Expo in Paris, then I found out I couldn't go so I still have all that money I had saved towards it in my bank haha! Gotta save it for hotel for JapEx in London though...

I'm more excited today.

I'm going to my first casting in 4 years today. I took a break from a great acting career when I had a nasty heart condition a few years back. I was worried that it was completely killed but hopefully I can get it back on track.
