Description
A Naruto launch night was taking place at Virgin Megastores on Oxford Street in London, so of course to attend I needed my first Naruto based costume! I really enjoyed being Tsunade, blondes really do have a lot of fun hehe. It was a relatively simple costume, the silver silk shirt was probably the most awkward bit but that's because I wanted to do it more of a grey colour than white which is commonly used...but at the same time, grey is boring... ^_^' So silver silk it was! The easiest part was probably...the trousers, the obi and the hair bobbles for the wig lol ^_^ I managed to find the perfect shoes also, although after a few hours my feet were crying out in pain and rubbed raw all over! So I spent the last half of the night padding round Virgin in bare feet ^_^' but at least I knew what I had to do for next time when I wore the costume at the May MCM Expo 2007 :-) Party feet gel pads and plasters all round! Other than that Tsunade was a lot of fun, despite not having a prop this time around :-( I did have a cozy coat to wear though, which was great when walking home at the end of the day lol
