|Rayne's traditional red and black costume, top and leggings. Attempting to get the costume as close to how it should be as possible. As there are a few variations of how it looks in the first and second game as well as the concept arts of Rayne, I have been using the bits that are best and most easily done for it.|
The blades are made from wood as well. Proper replicas are not allowed at the London MCM Expo. If this costume goes well, I will probably be cosplaying Rayne on a regular basis if I can. The boots are the closest I can get at the moment - I know of someone who has tried to make the spikes and has had significant problems getting them to work and has given up, and they wouldn't be allowed anyway. So they'll be rather high slimmed down block heels with a platform.
On most of the photos there, I am not wearing the arm braces. That's because they took too long to put on. I'll have to upgrade them somehow buy making some or getting more with velcro so I can put them on so much more easily. The blades actually DO pivot as well. All thanks to my father who made them.

I have also worn this costume at:
* Norwich Cosplay Picnic (17th April 2010) Chapelfield Gardens.
