Step one done (Posted 26th April 2009) I've largely made Amari's jacket. I need to put some stitches in to hold the lapels in place, and sort out the bottom. But a good start on a costume I really shouldn't be doing until I've finished Amy! |

I did, but it's not very good, and the costume's deviated away from it some-what.
I do now have bells attached to the skirt, which is very cool :)
I'll just have to wait for you to model it then. ^_^

Your Steampunk costumes really suited you and Joe. loved the roughly coat on Amari, kinda adventuresome while still being a little decadent.
Thanks Ailsa, you mean congrats on 'our' win ^_^ as I said to Leena I couldn't have done it without you guys. I managed to see a vid of us on youtube yesterday so I could see what you were doing behind me during our performance. You were brill magicians assistants, especially as I hadn't given you guys any rehearsal. (I won't leave things that late ever again.) Shame I couldn't use the large illusion in the end, (left in the car because of time) but still it was a lot of fun up there together, and best of all people loved what we brought to the show. Winning was the icing and cherry on top. :D Thank you again for saying yes and doing this with me.
Your costume looked great on stage. Maybe I'll make a top hat that you can keep, one that fits you comfortably, as a thank you. ^_^
