Description
My second costume where my face can actually be seen. I was looking for an easy low stress project for the second day on Oct London Expo '07 after the very stressful and labor intensive Galaxy Railways project. Decided to do FMA with Water-Clone who was doing his awesome Major Alex Armstrong and thought that I should have a go at doing my own favorite character from the series Major Maes Hughes, the head of Special Investigations Division. Currently being updated for a future con.
