| I heard there may be a Whole Wild Arms group happening for Minami 14 and i have never been part of a large group and by the looks of the Oct expo Disney group it looks great fun.. After 2 days Sawing sanding and grinding i now have something that resembles Clive's Sniper Rifle, i was up till gone 12 doing as much wood work using the monster scary router i have never used before, i have to do as much as i can before i have to move house as i will have no shed there :s Now ive moved house i have been baking Fimo like crazy to make the additional parts for the rifle and tacked it all together with blue tack for the photo lol Ive also started work on his jacket and went to make his waste coat only to find i have bought the wrong material :( (don't you hate it when that happens) With the jacket mostly done i decided to work with what material i had for the waste coat and im not regretting it XD no more sneak peeks till minami tho XD a Special BIG thanks to the lovely Amber as ever for being my inspiration and helping me out when im punching the fake self across the room... (stupid collar) Now the Waste coat is almost done I have been on ebay and found some Rigger boots that are just right, i have made boot covers for the color match with the waste coat and gloves and will be fabric painting detail later. I am now making some fingerless gloves to go over some leather gloves i bought from ebay. I thought its was sneaky way of adding the detail i need without the hassle of making fingered gloves although at the moment it seems Just as difficult :S The to do list: -Make trench coat (DONE) -Make leather Shoulder pads(DONE) -Add belts to Tench Coat(DONE) -Make Rifle butt and attach barrel(DONE) -Make Accessories for Rifle(DONE) -Make Swivel Handle for Rifle(DONE) -Add Hook and Eyes to the Waste Coat(DONE) -Add more hook and Eyes as its a loose fit(DONE) -Make Fingerless Glove Covers(DONE) -Paint and finish boot covers(DONE) -Cut and style the Wig (DONE) -Hem front and bottom of Trench Coat(DONE) IM DOOOOONNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE | |

I'm so glad you're in the Wild Arms group!! I can't wait to see how you make this costume, there is some serious heavy proppage going on there which I can imagine you excelling in making, and by the looks of things you'll suit Clive very well!!
Clive is one of my favourite WA characters, you don't know how happy I am to have someone cosplaying him for the group. Another reason to look forward to Minami ^_^
Hooray! Clive! Me and Pete are cosplaying Virgina Maxwell and Gallows Carradine from WA3 :) Can't wait to see this costume as Clive is super cool. Squeee.

WOW! A Clive cosplayer! Great job, I LOVE it! I thought I was the only one that wanted to do one. So yeah.... I really wish I knew how to sew and or had a sewing machine.... Do you have any tips for me? I would really like to know. I do not think I could ever do as good a job as you have done.
