Description
This is a character from a long forgotten childrens cartoon show first aired in the 1990's. The main female lead has a simple brown dress and boots on with a hip bag, bright orange hair, she is a Noop so the costume will also require green ears, body paint and a fake nose. :) No-one will know who I am, but it is a costume I have been wanting to do for a while and cosplay is a perfect excuse to live out a childhood fantasy. :P
