| I have finished making the skirt and t-shirt, just need the ribbon onto the t-shirt. I now have the hat and the ribbon around the sleeves of the t-shirt The waist-coat/top is now complete. All i need to do now is tread the rest of the ribbon at the top and bottom of the pink t-shirt, make the bows and put the purple ribbon in my hair. All of this costume is complete. I have the clothes side made and i have socks, boots and ribbon for the extras. Just need somewhere to go and take good pics. Where and when ever that will be i do not know. I hasn't really took me 7 full days to make this. I just haven't been timing myself that much. I only work on it a few hours on odd days. Yes, its completed without the wig as i dont really like wearing wigs that much. Edit: If i get a wig then this will be worn at the London Expo May 2010 Edit: Changed icon as i based the costume more on the anime, might remake the hat as colour is meant to be more red then purple and im ordering a wig soon xD Edit: Wig is ordered however, might be putting it away for xmas xD I will get better pictures up of the costume soon too Edit: Woohoo! I have my brolly now! Just need get started on the hat if i can find the colour same fabric as my skirt xD Edit: Making the hat FAILED. I will try again using a different fabric , the RIGHT fabric and if that dies I will just see if I can buy one. Edit: Hat remade, and will have better pictures up soon x | |
