| About Ada: "Ada Wong is a red-clad, cunning and formidable secret agent of Chinese heritage with a mysterious past. Initially a private agent, Ada was drawn into the intrigue and treachery that is the corporate world when she was recruited by the "Organization" to participate in their activities against their primary rival, Umbrella Pharmaceutical, Inc. " About the cosplay: Feb 2011 - Remade the whole cosplay from scratch, I love my old dress; it's the 2nd cosplay I made, but alas it was just not very well made, or with the fabric I really wanted, so I went ahead and re-made it :) I'll be wearing this one quite a few times, as I love being Ada! This dress took about 8hours to make and then about 30+ hours to hand draw then paint 3coats onto the dress for her lovely pattern up the side :). The gun holster is newly made but still has a few kinks about useage. New wig and now new and correct shoes it's taken 3years to find a pair in my size :D was so thrilled! Never again (Posted 9th March 2009) I am NEVER making a full length dress without a sewing pattern or a taylors bust again!!! At this rate I might have go as a zombie Ada lol oh well hopefully I can make it look better I still have a month to do it! |

The dress looks amazing, really beautiful, you make a really cool Ada :)
I know it's a bit late to suggest it, but I read about how someone had doen their flower patterns up their Ada dress by lightly painting the design on it then hand sewing over the top. I just thought I'd suggest it as the paint may start wearing off one day
