| Starting off nice and easy :P her gorgeous wedding dress which I love so so much <3 (Except when it came to getting a colour reference as it changes colour in every still/photo I've seen, and of course each cosplayer takes their own spin on the dress so there's no general consensus either! :P) Decided to go with beautiful silk chiffons and georgette which I grabbed while my fabric shop was having a sale on so - bargin! The dress will consist of three layers - a light grey/silver georgette underneath, a lilac chiffon in the midlayer, and a silver cationic chiffon on the top layer. This gives a lovely silver/lilac duotone to the dress which is very shimmery and flowing. Have also bought many silver trims and beads for the decorations and silver bells to possibly put in the wig. Debating whether to try resin casting for the dragon brooch or to just make it out of clay... For the Friday of expo! | |

scaaales (Posted 19th May 2013) cut out about a million foam scales freehand so they have a more organic look and glued them to one of the eggs while watching eurovision last night ;D going to be painting it today, probably as viserion's egg as i think it will go the best with the dress! |

MY CHILDREN (Posted 17th May 2013) dragon eggs! will be covered in foam scales and painted this weekend. probably only going to be carrying one egg around with me at expo, not sure which one yet :) |
