| "Only you can hear me Summoner, what masterpiece shall we play today?" I had a real Lack of inspiration to work on another Guildwars cosplay despite really wanting to do it. After falling in love With League Of Legends i decided i would Cosplay Sona instead as not only the inspiration was high and my enthusiasm rekindled but i love playing a support and my friends wanted me to cosplay her, which is a real first for one of my cosplays i think. so inspiration is even higher now! This is my first all Fabric costume I will make her Etwah and maybe some wards too to go with it, i mean what's a support without wards?! lol | |

oops (Posted 25th April 2013) I have been so busy I've negelcted my journal DX but http://justcosplayblog.wordpress.com/2013/03/09/luna-ancient-instrument-... I did write that step by step on how i made my Etwahl =3 Im so proud of how its turned out, there maybe a few minor hicups but its all in the learning, if i had the money i maybe woulda coated it in worbla. The wig i am super proud of because when it came in the post it looked like this: https://fbcdn-sphotos-b-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-prn1/61939_10200915361... I had to detangle it, cut it and straighten it before doing anything else, then styled the bangs, added in the yellow wefts (which are removable incase i want to use the wig again) the i made the hair pieces which attatched to them are more wefts! so they can be removed if wanting to use the wig later too =)then i spent 3 hours trying to get the ponytails to blend together xD by vertically cutting the wig at a slight angle. |

the ups and downs. (Posted 3rd March 2013) had a fair few ups and downs the making of the Etwahl is going really good, but i ran out of expanding foam. I thought i messed up the dress big time, but i am so happy about how it is turning out now. my stencils i made are the right size <3 and i don't think i have anything wrong on the dress... YET! i realised that i cute the patern for the pale blue fabric wrong.. DOH! but this can be fixed YAY! i have enough fabric to redo the part that is wrong. so all is well. |

It Starts here. (Posted 22nd February 2013) Started Cosplay yesterday, Made a pattern cut out the fabric (all for the base dress only) and pinned it together with a few hitches like pins digging in and getting a really bad cold, I put it on hold until i could have more hours to myself doing it when no ones around, So for the time being onto the Etwah and cutting out the base from card. |

Fabric and patterns (Posted 9th February 2013) Already started to buy the fabric, I have a really nice Taffeta for the main dress as Satin or silk would just be too shiney and some blue netting to make a peticoat to go underneath, i still have to buy the pale blue and gold fabric and a few other bits n bobs but is getting well underway! also thanks to a freind i have the fishtail pattern i need to alter slightly to make the base dress! So excited! I have also decided to use EL wire for the Etwah because it glows when she plays musical notes so thats my plan =) |

Thank you, this will be for Saturday Masquerade and LoL meet (1pm outside the front of excel) ^-^ but if i dont get my other cosplay repaired ill be wearing it sunday too.
