| This design was not designed by me but by youkaiyume on Deviantart. She has given permission for her designs to be cosplayed, as long as I credit accordingly and show photos afterwards! I love the design purely because it's a sailor scout uniform XD so it gives me some good practise into the methods of making one before I make a proper Sailor scout cosplay in the future! EDIT: Because of funding issues, Latias and Latios will be postponed to October Expo! | |
