We were going to do Star Trek outfits but we can't afford them at the moment. November 2012. Completed Sheldon and Amy. Few bits of pruning to do night before but we are a go... wish we hadn't both been ill all this week, bit of a bummer but will be funs. We are attending on Saturday, Sheldon decided we are going by train where we will engage in a game or two of 'Mystic Warlords of Ka'a' and a few rounds of 'Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock'. xD I didn't think I would be this excited but as it's got nearer I'm even more excited!! hehe USED: WINTER MEMORABILIA - November 2012 (with Sheldon) MEMORABILIA / BIRMINGHAM COMIC CON - March 2013 (with Sheldon, Penny and Leonard - other 4 couldn't come in the end) [oops, we wore the same outfits as november, we weren't going to do that haha oh well] MCM EXPO - Friday, May 2013. 3 NEW OUTFITS (Posted 7th April 2013) I have 3 new outifts :D Taking over a family members kitchen this week - sneakily ;) for Amy's lab xD oh and taking off my bathroom door to take with me. |

Cardigans.. (Posted 30th March 2013) I'm now thinking I will never get any decent cardigans for Amy. For now, I have ordered a similar to a certain episode... She uses it in a few but one in particular. I will need to paint extra lines on it. I was informed that it should be ok as long as it's only lines and not thick patches of paint. Fingers crossed. I have another idea if not. There is a shirt I like for the same outfit - it's an auction on ebay so have to wait a few days. I just hope I remember to go and bid. EDIT: have ordered lots and lots of bits, some to edit, some are good as they are. excited. |

MCM Birmingham comci con/Expo/Memorabilia (Posted 17th March 2013) from our facebook page: Comic Con (Birmingham Expo) was totally incredible! We were stopped for photo after photo after photo. Thank you SO much to everyone, for all the photo taking, the high fives, people simply smiling and saying hey. yay.. (Posted 22nd November 2012) I actualyl made something for the costumes hehe. everything else arrived. We bought 2 watches in the end so we could have a dark face and brown strap. We had to mix and match. My partner had his mighty big Sheldon style hair cut. :D Apart from grooming stuff like make up, cutting and shaving hair, cutting off bangles that have been on wrist for years; and the printing of tickets and such; we are done! |

1 million (Posted 10th November 2012) AMY: remember bag SHELDON: Went to shops and got annoyed on thursday, however i did get tights and all the stuff I had ordered had arrived when we got in. Partner orering his shoes. and ordered a couple more bits like sheldon's socks [to match amy's cardigan - awwwww]. searching for a watch we like. could always spend £250 on an exact like one he wears ..... *thinks* a few designs to choose from so don't think it will be that one. hehe. not yet anyway. |

notes of orders (Posted 7th November 2012) I've ordered a lot of bits and hoping to get to a shop for the rest of it. Pondering over Sheldon's shoes though. I have found a pair that's very close (need to change laces) to a pair he wears, however they are £40 and I even though it IS Sheldon, my partner isn't sure we can justify it, especially when we can just get some canvas ones from primark.. [that's me trying to get myself to be sensible. Anyway.............. AMY: remember bag SHELDON: As you can see I'm not very far with Sheldon, I have been searching and I know I don't have time to be picky, which is worse because I need to not impulse buy but be sensible and not too picky which is really flippin' difficult.. actually it's not that bad really because it's not very easy to find anything too accruate/or that can be adapted. |

No problems. I live 10 minutes away from the event so I don't even need to decide what day I'll go myself until the morning. :P

Teacups - that's too cool! communicate nearer time. Feels weird ordering everything and only having a couple of small bits to edit. I think it's more stressful..
