Changed my mind about the coat, I've found a yellow coat that will work well, I'm just going to add the black material to it when I can. The only other big thing I need to buy for this costume are the boots but I've found some knee high fake converse which may fit :)

For this cosplay I was thinking of just buying a black coat and adding the yellow bit to it, would be easier this way. For the boots, I'd either try and get some of the long converse to fit me (which I doubt they will) or just buy some normal converse and make boot covers (I'll probably end up doing this).
