| This was made to go with Laura' Salsa for the 2012 WCS. I'd forgotten how much fun it was to work on a bright and colourful costume and how easy it was to work with cotton! Laura (Sands) did most of the hard work by creating the patterns for it. My job was just to translate her measurements into something that matched her costume. I used a combination of interlining, interfacing and bondawed to contruct the tent like structure. The puffed short were patterned using a similar concept to a puffed sleeve. All in all much fun to wear. One things have settled a bit down after the WCS I hope to do a forest shoot with a massive pile of ago gos. | |
