Guns (Posted 22nd September 2012) What with the move, everything's been a bit slow but we finally gave the guns their first paint job. Still to tidy up but getting there. |

Not too bad (Posted 29th July 2012) Everything's slightly too big but with a bit of tailoring and the right hairstyle we're pretty close. Must crack on with the gun. |

Just in case (Posted 18th July 2012) With the main hit girl costume being more complex than we thought we're going to throw this one together as a standby. It'll also come in handy in case the other costume gets too heavy or hot allowing a quick change for some respite. |

Thanks Numta. The more we research (and work) on the "big" cosplay for Hit Girl the more we've realised the amount of work we need to do if we're to do it justice, and of course we've got to factor in extra time for El to make as much of it as possible. We MIGHT get the full one done for October but I think there was a real risk that we wouldn't have it completed and, having spent our time trying to get that one done, we wouldn't get Arya done either. So we're hedging our bets a bit by getting the two quicker ones out of the way first.
The other factor is that, and something we learned from her being Catwoman, that not all Cosplay is comfortable! By having something light as a cosplay if she finds the other one too heavy she can swap them around for a rest. Well, that's the plan anyway!

Many thanks, we've still a bit of work to do but we can get this one pretty screen accurate and as a quick fix/respite from the "heavy" one it should turn out quite well.
