Train has reached it's desitnation. (Posted 31st July 2012)

Thank god it's over! The train is complete after having spent the last 5 hours (I think) painting watered down in onto the edging of the frill and the bottom of the train. All that's left to do now is attach it to the body suit (when that's sorted T_T).
Sleeves to do, bodysuit, wig and I think that's about it. Oh and a make-up test!

After a bit of a headache on saturday trying ot figure out the body suit I came to the conclusion that if I get the necessities that need to go into it done first then i'll have less to do when it comes to pulling it all together.
So in that vain I spent today working on the train.
It is now fully weathered, has the waist line frill sewn to it (buccrum, with garden wire sections for manipulated poses) which have had their first ink treatment around the edges to produce the red raw look that trims the train. So far so good, hoping to get the rest of that completed later this evening/ tomorrow then onto body suit patterning.

Si seem to have acquired a tail! Took some advice from Sarmander and managed to make a pretty decent wire structured tail from her info.
Sits on my bum using some ribbon and a scarf hanger.
Totally hasn't taken me ALL DAY to pull the damn thing through on itself T_T

Onwards to body suit and such!
