| Worn for Japan Expo '12! With BernieBear as Lumpy Space Princess :D I'd like to wear her for a UK con as well, maybe another variant. Maybe someone like Princess Bubblegum too~ Wanted a nice simple cosplay and I've always liked Marceline, thought why the hell not, mainly closet cosplay! Top was from Primark. Jeans were from New Look. Base boots were from www.pricelessshoes.co.uk (same as my Mitsuru and Tokiya ones!) Bought some burgundy cotton jersey to make boot covers out of. Basically pinned around the boots to check the pattern and then sewed it all together. As I want to reuse the base boots for other cosplays I've only lightly hot glued it onto the shoes and I've made stirrups for the covers to make it stay on better. Facepaint is Snazaroo. Bought some black and light grey eyeshadow for contouring as well. Wig was bought from TheEmoEmu for another cosplay. I think that's it, not much to say about this! Simple and cheap, closet cosplay! And done a day before leaving, omfg XD | |

Make up test (Posted 9th July 2012) Worn at Japan Expo but I wanted to wear my glasses when watching stuff so whenever I did, the makeup wore off so no good photos unless I can find the French photographers accounts or something hahaha. I managed to get a photo on my phone before going to the con though 8D Basically bought some light grey snazaroo and some cheap black and light grey eyeshadow from Natural Collection to contour my face. Also used black eyeliner, false eyelashes and pink lip gloss to blend the facepaint with my lips. Everything was sealed with hairspray. Hopefully can rewear for a UK con and I won't need my glasses :p |
