wristbands (Posted 30th August 2012)

so I should be spray painting the wristbands gold this weekend so I'll get a progress pic up once they're dried.

so after testing my catsuit out with the wig and boots, I'm not so sure that the boots like quite right for it. I'm gonna look through my boot collection to see what else I could use.

well the catsuit arrived, and its shit! its like a bin liner ¬_¬
so I'm sending it back for a refund and have ordered another catsuit that'll hopefully be better. I've also ordered the belt and sticker (for belt logo bit) so only need to spray the wrist things gold and it'll be done. still considering trimming the wig shorter but will wait and see.

suit is ordered! should be with me next week! only things left to do is buy the belt, buy some red metallic sticker, buy some shiny gold spray paint. then I need to spray the wrist things gold, and cut the red sticker into the "widow" logo thingy and stick it to the belt and DONE!
I'm not gonna use accurate boots because it means forking out more money when I could get away with some boots I already have, so I using mid-calf length black lace up boots with a medium heel.

so I've finally figured out how to do the belt. I'm going to use pringle can lids (with the edges trimmed) for the discs! Easy! Just spray with gold and add a hoop on the back for the elastic to go through. I'm getting some stick on red plastic stuff to make the red widow logo thing for this AND my Iron man 2 version as well.

doing this is going to be very easy.
I'd use my catsuit from Selene, I used my Phoenix wig (after a little trim, its too long), I've got some bullets to make into the wrist things (just need spray painting gold) and all I'd need to do is get some boots and make the belt.
