Description
Ever since watching Gravitation I always wanted to do this costume as Ryuichi is my favourite character from this series. I really wanted to get the right colour fleece but honestly my choices turned out to be very, very limited. I started out with the shirt, then added the sleeves, figured out the right way not to have a seam in the middle of the hood (seeing as it's a bunny face that would look bad, right?). Adding the hood took a bit longer than expected, but it was the first time attempting something like that. I cut out the eyes and nose for the face and basically this is the first thing I ever glued on any of my cosplays. :O The trousers were easier than I thought. I've never made trousers before either, so this was the second thing I learned by making this outfit. The Sunday of May Expo 2009 was a really hot day which made me wonder why is such great weather when I decide to do a cosplay that will cause me to overheat. Bad timing, as it's usually rainy or windy during May Expo time. In the end I needed a lot of water and I spent most the time hanging indoors or under shade, but it was a fun experience. But I never took any photos of it (as it's the case with most of my cosplays for some reason). This is why I decided to wear it at Aya Revolution as well. Take photos and enjoy wearing it even more. Beware of a hyper person with the personality of a 3 year old. (No, not really)
