| I have been meaning to do this costume for years as Ariel is my favourite Disney Princess. I'll eventually get around to remaking her mermaid version and shipwrecked outfit and I'd like to do her spangly transformation dress at some point too. I discovered a bunch of navy fabric in my collection, I'm pretty sure I've still got the blue polycotton from my abandonned/scrapped Puppetmon costume of like 4 years ago and I've got enough of the right blue to make her bow already, so it's just the shoes, petticoat and some sort of cotton/silk chiffon for her top I'll need. Plus a new wig because back in the day you either had to go bright red or ginger wig-wise. | |

Mostly done in a day and a half (Posted 2nd August 2012) I just need to sew on all the corset hooks and the lace on the petticoat and tidy up the inside of the shirt. We decided not to do it for Ame in the end, sooo head start on next year then I guess. |

Actually she does but you can't see it in all the images, but it's cool I got a skirt to use as a petticoat fine, just need to sew the lace round the bottom. :)
