| -With Sammymisa as Briefers Rock -With Stephanio as Scanty -With Luke as Male Stocking -With Lulu as Stocking [SATURDAY OF OCTOBER MCM EXPO 2012] Debuted: 27/10/12 Retired: -/-/- I'd been planning on cosplaying Panty for a long while. But I really didn't have the money to start on the costume at the time I originally wanted to cosplay her. So I ended up buying the dress a while ago {for about £5 at a charity shop - in the perfect style, too} and now, for expo I decided I'd complete this version and wear it for the Friday. I think I chose to cosplay her because she's definitely my favourite character in P&S. In all honesty, the hardest part of putting this costume all together was finding the dress. It's unbelievably hard nowadays to find a plain red dress in a sort of cocktail dress style {in a way...} which, to be honest, really is annoying. It's the main part of the costume and it's the hardest thing to find. I know that the easiest part was getting all the extra bits and pieces together. I mainly ordered things from eBay when I found them at really good prices. Things like the wings, the heels and the jewellery were easy to find on there. Unfortunately, I haven't worn it all together as of yet, even though it's complete. I suppose I'm waiting an opportunity for a small photo shoot at the minute, so I can get the pictures up on here {& on my dA too!} But I've wore the dress a fair few times for when I've made gifs of myself whilst also wearing the wig. But I think that's as far as myself in the costume goes. There should be a fair amount of pictures soon. So once they're up, I'll edit this part of the information. Just One More Thing (Posted 27th June 2012) So my angel wings arrived today. Now all there is to do to this costume is to bring up the dress at the bottom so it's just above the knee. At the minute it comes down past my knee which looks a little silly on me. So I'll bring it up and then I'm complete. Pictures are soon to come. |

Almost Complete (Posted 27th June 2012) My shoes & Necklace arrived early yesterday. Just waiting on my Angel Wings for now. Hopefully I should get those today. Once they've arrived, I just need to re-hem the dress & bring it up a little (the dress is long for Panty - it comes to just below my knees, so I'll bring it just above.) WIP pictures will come when the wings arrive. |

Coming Together (Posted 25th June 2012) I'd been sent the e-mail telling me that my shoes have been dispatched yesterday. Hoping for them to arrive on Tuesday/Wednesday. Now to just wait on the wings and the necklace to be dispatched and to arrive. Will have some WIP when I get the shoes in the mail. |

Almost There (Posted 22nd June 2012) Luckily, most of this costume was already sorted. I.E; The dress, the wig and the gun. And I've just ordered my shoes, wings and necklace. So hopefully that'll be here pretty soon and the costume will then be finished. Will post some pictures once I've received everything. |
