Cost :	Very little, I had/borrowed all components.
Time Taken :	Pshh, about 10 minutes convincing my dad to give me his tie.

Description
Well, it's just a skirt (Mum's), shirt (brother's), vest and tie (Dad's), necklace (made out of random beads in Cost Rica xD) and wig (eBay, had already from being Alice in Wonderland). And a twig for a wand, which I decided was rubbish after seeing Ben's and threw somewhere off a train. Just about the easiest one I've ever done xD Was cool walking around HyperJapan looking ridiculously English. Felt like an Anti-Otaku.
