Ariel has been one of my favourite Disney Princesses for YEARS. I can't remember the number of times I rented The Little Mermaid out from the library when I was tiny. The blue skirt it a simple tube skirt, gathered at the waist, made of cotton. The hair bow is made of the same material (her bow actually matches the colour of her blouse, but I had the material there and I was bored). I bought a blue top at Oxfam for £3(score!) Old school shoes were near identical, so no need to buy any others. Wig was bought for £11 on Ebay. Just need to make the bodice and I'm done!
